SALES PROGRESSOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Berkhamsted, HP4

Salary: OTE £35k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, market leading independent Estate Agency based in Berkhamsted: our client requires a Sales Progressor to support their busy and successful team and to manage a very substantial business pipeline of current sales.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is determined and driven: you must have previous experience in residential estate agency or conveyancing and have a full understanding of the property sales process.

Candidates who have specifically been sales progressors previously, will be given favourable consideration.

You will have fantastic communication skills; be able to work on own initiative and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will liaise with Solicitors, mortgage lenders and Estate Agents and report back to the vendors and purchasers.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Progressor role will include:
