Gareth brings fantastic interpersonal skills and a love of helping people to Worth Recruiting.

Gareth joined Goodfellows Estate Agents (LSLI) in the Summer of 2016, in leafy Cheam, as a Lettings Negotiator, but ended up covering several different areas including Mitcham, Tooting, Colliers Wood and Carshalton, during which time he learnt how to be a superb Lettings Negotiator under the guidance of excellent branch managers who influenced, guided and inspired him.

Gareth spent just over 5 successful years at Goodfellows, finishing up in the Raynes Park office, before embarking on an exciting opportunity with Chase Buchanan which enabled him to work with higher end properties. This position was fast paced, where he accomplished many achievements, alongside experiencing the inevitable full-on ups and downs of a demanding property market where winning new instructions was the key!

Estate Agency was an exciting career where Gareth hit the ground running and enjoyed immense success, but when an opportunity arose for him to join Worth Recruiting within the property recruitment sector, it seemed like a natural career progression.
