Guy had a long, effective and fruitful career in property spanning three decades, and following the sale of his own successful Estate Agency firm in 2014, now specialises in recruitment and headhunting within the property industry mainly across London and the South / South East of England.
His function is to find exceptionally talented, experienced, skilled (and obviously charming) candidates from within the property sector and the mortgage services industry and to look out for vacancies that might suit their requirements. Consequently, he is always on the lookout for great people and fantastic job opportunities.
Guy was the Managing Director and joint founder of Lords Estate Agents in Kingston upon Thames and before this worked his way up from a position as a negotiator with an independent firm to a Regional Director with a large corporate agency.
He is an experienced salesman, a company director, a manager, a mentor and a motivator: A practiced Estate Agent with expertise in residential and commercial sales, lettings, financial services and conveyancing and he is also a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents (FNAEA).
