Luke Bradnick

Luke brings an exciting entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for the property industry to Worth Recruiting.

He has spent over 15 years in estate agency, working for both large national corporations and top local independent companies. His career journey has seen him work his way up from a Negotiator to Senior Management roles, with his ultimate success and growth largely attributable to his innovative, progressive, and consultative management style. Before joining Worth Recruiting in early 2021, he mentored and led a thriving, forward-thinking sales team within a prestigious, award-winning Surrey estate agency.

With a friendly, engaging personality and a results-driven, solutions-based attitude, Luke is a highly endorsed and recommended professional. He is focused on delivering excellence and works collaboratively with his clients and candidates to meet their recruitment needs.

Outside of work, his passion is his family but, as a former semi-professional footballer, he also is obsessed with football (although his dodgy knee prevents further participation). His efforts on the golf course, as well as his handicap, are slowly being eroded by his sons' who are already hitting the ball straighter and almost as far. He has also been seen dancing and singing Disney songs with his own little princess.
