A highly respected Estate Agency Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Lettings Manager to join its Senior Management Team, overseeing multiple branches across Kent and Essex.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Leading and overseeing multiple lettings branches in the region

• Driving business development and performance across all locations

• Setting and managing budgets, targets, and sales strategies

• Training, mentoring, and developing staff at all levels

• Ensuring compliance, profitability, and exceptional service delivery

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Extensive background in estate agency and residential lettings

• Experience managing multiple branches at a senior level

• Strong business development and strategic planning skills

• Proven ability to lead and inspire large teams

• Track record of delivering over-target results

• Excellent financial and operational management capabilities

• Full UK driving licence essential

• Professional, driven, and results-oriented approach
