What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Supporting the Sales Manager in driving branch performance

• Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions

• Selling residential properties and progressing sales

• Delivering exceptional customer service to vendors and buyers

• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential estate agency

• Strong background in listing and valuations

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills

• Highly professional, well-presented and articulate

• Familiarity with Dorking and surrounding area preferred

• Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle essential
