Location: Richmond, TW9

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

Worth Recruiting is working with a well-regarded independent estate agency in Richmond that is looking to hire a professional and proactive Branch Administrator to join their team. This role is key to the smooth running of the sales department and offers a great working environment, excellent local reputation, and long-term career potential.

You will play a vital part in supporting the sales team and ensuring high standards of organisation and customer service are maintained. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Preparing property listings, documentation, and correspondence
  • Maintaining internal systems and client records
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other third parties
  • Managing incoming calls and emails professionally
  • Booking appointments and managing team diaries
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation
  • Supporting day-to-day branch operations 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience in estate agency administration (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of property sales processes
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Professional telephone manner and interpersonal communication
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Local knowledge of the Richmond area (preferred)
  • A professional and customer-focused approach
