What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Overseeing and driving the sales department performance

• Conducting valuations and securing new instructions

• Managing the sales process and progressing deals

• Generating new business through proactive outreach and local knowledge

• Delivering outstanding customer service

• Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet and exceed targets

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property sales

• Proven record of success in valuations, listings, and business generation

• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of the Cheam property market (preferred)

• Positive, confident, and highly motivated

• Full UK driving licence (own car preferred)

• Professional appearance and demeanour

• A results-driven, service-oriented mindset
