An excellent role for a skilled Lettings Administrator to contribute to a busy independent Estate Agency in Morden, providing vital administrative support across all aspects of the lettings process.
We are seeking a proactive and organised Lettings Administrator to join a thriving independent Estate Agency in Morden. The ideal candidate will bring experience, energy, and a passion for delivering outstanding service within the residential lettings sector.
This role is central to the day-to-day success of the lettings department, ensuring that administrative tasks are handled efficiently and professionally.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
Managing all aspects of the lettings administration process
Booking viewings and preparing tenancy documentation
Supporting negotiators with daily administrative duties
Coordinating move-ins and ensuring all compliance requirements are met
Maintaining accurate records and database updates
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Handling telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
Working collaboratively with the lettings and property management teams
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience in residential lettings administration
Strong understanding of lettings procedures and compliance
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Confident communication and interpersonal abilities
Professional telephone manner and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
A proactive, positive approach to problem-solving
Team player with the ability to work independently when required
