Job Title: LETTINGS MANAGER - Residential Lettings Agency

Working closely with the company directors, you will focus on expanding the lettings portfolio, securing new business, and ensuring a high level of service for clients. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Growing and developing the lettings business through new instructions
• Conducting valuations and winning new landlord clients
• Negotiating and agreeing new lets
• Delivering first-class customer service to landlords and tenants
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working closely with directors on branch growth and profitability 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential lettings
• Strong listing and valuations experience
• Background in property management (advantageous)
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• High level of customer service focus
• Confident communicator with positive attitude
• Professional, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Epsom and surrounding areas (essential)
• Full UK driving licence and own car required
• Thoroughly professional approach to lettings and estate agency
