LETTING MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency

An opportunity for an experienced Lettings Manager to lead a residential lettings team, drive instruction growth, and deliver high standards of service within a recognised and successful local estate agency brand.

We are recruiting for an engaging Lettings Manager to take responsibility for a busy residential lettings department in Bexleyheath. This role requires strong leadership, valuation expertise, and the ability to grow market share while supporting and developing a team. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing and motivating the residential lettings team
• Carrying out market appraisals and winning new instructions
• Driving new business and increasing department performance
• Overseeing day-to-day lettings operations
• Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and applicants
• Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
• Delivering high levels of customer service
• Contributing to business development and local market presence 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience as a senior residential Lettings Estate Agent
• Strong listing and valuation background
• Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring a team
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• High standard of customer service and communication
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven
• Professional and well presented
• Knowledge of the Dartford / Bexleyheath area advantageous
• Full UK driving licence essential
