WANTED! Lettings Manager – Plumstead! Experienced Lettings professional required to manage a thriving residential lettings department: leading a team, increasing instructions, and developing market share within the Plumstead and South East London area.

This opportunity is suited to an experienced Assistant Lettings Manager with great listing skills ready to progress into a Lettings Manager role, or an existing Lettings Manager seeking a new challenge within a busy independent agency.

The position involves overseeing the day-to-day running of the lettings department, generating new business, and leading the team to achieve strong performance while maintaining high service standards. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing the daily operation of the residential lettings department

• Generating new instructions and increasing market share

• Carrying out valuations and winning new business

• Leading, motivating, and supporting the lettings team

• Developing ideas and strategies for market growth

• Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and applicants

• Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures

• Delivering consistent customer service throughout the lettings process

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential lettings

• Previous experience leading or supporting a lettings team

• Strong valuation and instruction-winning background

• Confident sales ability and negotiation skills

• High level of customer service and professionalism

• Clear, positive telephone manner

• Organised, self-motivated, and presentable

• Good knowledge of Plumstead and South East London

• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
