This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional or an established Senior Lettings Negotiator / Assistant Lettings Manager ready to progress into a more senior position.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, developing landlord relationships, and expanding the lettings portfolio. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will manage valuations, instructions, and property marketing while leading negotiations and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Drive new business opportunities and secure new property instructions

• Conduct market appraisals, valuations, and negotiate lettings opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients

• Manage property marketing activities across major online portals and advertising channels

• Maintain and develop landlord prospect databases and generate ongoing business opportunities

• Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation while supporting renewals and tenancy processes

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience within a Lettings Manager or Senior Negotiator position

• Strong knowledge of the Central London property market

• Proven track record in generating new business and winning instructions

• Solid understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail

• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support future team growth

• ARLA qualification preferred but not essential, with a positive and professional approach throughout
