Leading the day-to-day operation of the lettings department, you will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing team while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Manager:

• Leading, motivating, and developing a lettings team to achieve performance targets
• Overseeing the lettings process from instruction through to tenancy commencement
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients
• Generating new business opportunities and growing the managed portfolio
• Conducting market appraisals and providing lettings valuations
• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and industry regulations 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in a senior lettings position, ideally at Assistant Manager or Lettings Manager level
• Proven track record of managing, developing, and motivating a successful team
• Experience conducting rental valuations and winning new instructions
• Strong knowledge of the residential lettings market and relevant legislation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on business development and results
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
• Professional, organised, and customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail
