What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Managing and overseeing the day-to-day running of the lettings department

• Carrying out market appraisals and valuing rental properties

• Winning new instructions and increasing the lettings portfolio

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords

• Leading, motivating, and developing the lettings team

• Monitoring performance and ensuring targets are achieved

• Overseeing marketing strategies and property promotion

• Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures

• Managing accounts, budgets, and departmental profitability

• Identifying new business opportunities through networking and prospecting

• Significant experience in residential lettings, ideally at management level

• Proven track record in valuations and winning new business

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing staff

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• In-depth understanding of the lettings process and legislation

• Professional, personable, and confident approach

• Good IT and administrative skills

• Ambitious with a focus on achieving results and business growth

• Local knowledge of Henley on Thames and surrounding areas essential

• Full UK driving licence required

• ARLA qualification desirable
