Job Title LETTINGS MANAGER – Residential Lettings

We’re seeking an energetic residential Lettings Manager to lead a busy Central London office (WC1): drive instructions, motivate a team, and strengthen client relationships within an expanding independent agency.

This is an opportunity for a confident and experienced lettings professional to take charge of a high-performing London office.

You’ll lead the lettings operation, grow the portfolio, and deliver strong client service while contributing to the agency’s continued expansion across London. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Leading and motivating the lettings team

• Securing new instructions and expanding the lettings portfolio

• Managing landlord and applicant relationships with professionalism

• Ensuring strong customer service and client retention

• Handling higher-value and premium property listings

• Overseeing the entire lettings process across all property types

• Supporting business strategy, growth, and compliance

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience as a Lettings Manager or a senior Assistant Lettings Manager ready for progression

• Demonstrable success in winning instructions and listing properties

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Proactive, results-driven approach

• Strong understanding of lettings legislation and market trends

• Full UK driving licence

• Local knowledge of Central London (WC1 and surrounding areas) preferred
