What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Letting residential properties across Canterbury and surrounding areas
• Booking and conducting viewings
• Registering applicants and matching them with available properties
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Generating new business opportunities
• Supporting the team to maintain high service standards 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous lettings experience beneficial
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Positive attitude and professional approach
• Knowledge of Canterbury area helpful
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Well-presented, self-motivated, and ambitious
• Desire to learn and succeed in property
