What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and booking/viewing appointments

• Conducting property viewings and securing tenancies

• Negotiating rental agreements between landlords and tenants

• Managing landlord and applicant relationships with care and professionalism

• Proactively generating new business and lettings instructions

• Ensuring all legal documentation and compliance is in place

• Maintaining a strong knowledge of the local rental market

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential lettings (essential)

• Confident, articulate, and well-presented

• Positive attitude with strong time-management skills

• Proactive approach with the ability to work independently

• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills

• A team player who is highly motivated and organised

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
