What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Managing incoming applicant enquiries and arranging property viewings

• Carrying out viewings and delivering professional feedback to landlords

• Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancy terms between all parties

• Progressing lets from initial offer through to successful completion and move-in

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants

• Ensuring all lettings activity is compliant and aligned with company procedures and standards

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience within residential lettings is essential

• Strong sales ability with proven negotiation and closing skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, polished, and confident presentation

• Strong telephone manner with a proactive, can-do attitude

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle preferred

• Good understanding of Wimbledon and surrounding South West London areas advantageous

• Highly ambitious, self-motivated, and able to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
