What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Managing applicant enquiries and arranging and conducting property viewings
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
• Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancy terms
• Progressing lets from offer stage through to successful move-in
• Supporting overall lettings operations and ensuring smooth transaction flow
• Ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with lettings procedures 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings is essential
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, articulate, and well-presented at all times
• Strong telephone manner with a confident and positive approach
• Full UK driving licence and own car required
• Knowledge of the Battersea area is highly beneficial
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
