What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Managing incoming tenant enquiries and arranging property viewings

• Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants

• Overseeing the progression of lets through to successful move-in

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Supporting property marketing and promotional activity

• Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation and internal processes

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings is essential

• Strong negotiation skills with a confident and professional approach

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• High level of customer service and client care

• Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated attitude

• Good knowledge of the Camberley and surrounding areas

• Full UK Driving Licence required (own vehicle preferred)

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively
