The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, registering applicants, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating tenancies, and delivering a high level of customer service throughout the lettings process.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants
• Generating new business opportunities and securing instructions
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings journey 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience within residential lettings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Motivated, ambitious and target-driven approach
• Well-presented with a professional attitude
• Knowledge of Guildford and surrounding areas would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
