What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Register applicants and match them with suitable rental properties

• Arrange and conduct property viewings while delivering exceptional customer service

• Negotiate offers between landlords and prospective tenants

• Generate new business opportunities through applicant, landlord and local market activity

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective clients

• Progress lettings through to completion while maintaining regular communication with all parties

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a residential Lettings Negotiator is essential

• Proven ability to win business and achieve lettings targets

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• High level of customer service with a professional approach

• Well presented, articulate and confident dealing with clients

• Good knowledge of the East Sheen area would be an advantage

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential

• Positive, motivated and able to perform well within a busy team environment
