What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as Lettings Negotiator:

• Managing the lettings process from applicant registration through to completion

• Arranging and conducting property viewings

• Matching applicants to suitable properties and generating new business

• Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies through to completion

• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants

• Maintaining a high level of service throughout the lettings process

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator within residential estate agency

• Proven track record in lettings and achieving targets

• Strong knowledge of the London lettings market

• Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills

• Professional, personable and well-presented manner

• Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills

• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to business generation

• Full UK driving licence and own car advantageous
