Job Title: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings

Location: Cheam, Sutton, SM3

Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

Worth Recruiting is working with a well-established, highly regarded independent estate and lettings agency with offices across Surrey and South London. They are now seeking an energetic and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to strengthen the team at their Cheam branch.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for property, strong customer service skills, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced lettings environment. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Supporting the Lettings Manager in the smooth running of the office
• Proactively generating and converting new business opportunities
• Arranging and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
• Negotiating rental agreements and closing deals
• Delivering excellent client care and tenant support throughout the process
• Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company standards 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous lettings experience within estate agency (essential)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
• Smart, professional, and well-presented
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Local knowledge of Cheam, Sutton, and surrounding areas (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• ARLA qualification an advantage but not required
