Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking Estate and Lettings Agency group, is seeking a driven Prestige Valuer / Manager to strengthen their team in Woking.

The role requires an accomplished property professional with proven success in winning instructions, generating business, and managing high-value sales, while also mentoring and motivating colleagues to achieve their full potential.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conduct valuations and win new instructions for prestige properties

• Drive sales performance and exceed ambitious targets

• Generate new business opportunities through networking and prospecting

• Deliver an exceptional customer journey from instruction to completion

• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing branch team

• Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven residential sales experience

• Strong background in valuations and listing

• Track record of instruction winning and business generation

• Experience in managing and mentoring a team

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of the Woking property market and surrounding areas

• Customer-focused, target-driven, and highly motivated

• Well-presented with excellent spoken and written English

• Full UK driving licence
