What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Valuer / Lister:

• Winning new instructions and listing residential properties for sale

• Carrying out accurate market appraisals and property valuations

• Identifying and generating new business opportunities within the local area

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients

• Achieving and exceeding agreed instruction and performance targets

• Representing the company professionally and delivering exceptional customer service

• Proven experience in residential estate agency sales

• Demonstrable track record of winning instructions and securing listings

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
