A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join a successful and busy independent lettings agency based in the Kentish Town area.

This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships with clients and tenants, and is confident handling all aspects of residential property management.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties

• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors

• Handling repairs and maintenance issues

• Ensuring legal compliance and keeping up-to-date with legislation

• Managing tenancy renewals, rent collections, and deposit returns

• Issuing notices and managing end-of-tenancy processes

• Resolving issues efficiently and professionally

• Prioritising workload and delivering high levels of customer service

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property management

• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A calm and solutions-focused approach under pressure

• Professional telephone manner and outstanding organisational abilities

• Self-motivated and able to prioritise in a dynamic setting

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

• Must live within easy reach of Kentish Town
