Experienced Property Manager required to help oversee residential lettings, manage landlord and tenant relationships, ensure legislative compliance, and deliver high service standards within a busy Oxfordshire property management team environment daily.

A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join an independent local estate agency operating across the Thame and Oxford area. The role sits within a successful lettings and property management department and requires proven experience in residential property management. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a residential property portfolio on behalf of landlords
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Handling maintenance issues and coordinating repairs effectively
• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
• Resolving property-related issues calmly and professionally
• Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
• Prioritising workload in a fast-paced environment 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property management
• Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills
• Confident problem solver who remains calm under pressure
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional telephone manner and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• ARLA qualification desirable or willingness to work towards it
