PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Lettings

FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY! PROPERTY MANAGER WANTED! An experienced Residential Property Manager is required to oversee a compact managed lettings portfolio, delivering a professional service to landlords and tenants within a modern independent agency.

A successful independent estate and lettings agency in Highcliffe are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to support the day-to-day management of its lettings portfolio.

This role offers an opportunity to progress within a forward-thinking independent business focused on service and professionalism. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a residential lettings portfolio from move-in to tenancy end

• Serving and managing notices

• Negotiating tenancy renewals

• Handling tenancy deposits in line with current legislation

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors

• Liaising professionally with landlords, tenants, suppliers, and contractors

• Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in Residential Property Management

• Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation

• ARLA membership preferred but not essential

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• High level of customer service

• Confident and professional communication skills

• Positive, customer-focused approach

• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships

• Well presented and professional

• Self-motivated, efficient, and a strong team player

• Willingness to keep up to date with training and legislation

• Full UK driving licence and own transport
