WANTED! Experienced Property Manager – Dartford Area:

An excellent opportunity to help manage a residential property portfolio for a respected independent agency in Dartford. You’ll ensure service standards, compliance, and portfolio performance while working closely with the Lettings team.

We’re recruiting on behalf of a busy independent agency in Dartford and seeking an experienced Property Manager. This is a key operational role, overseeing a residential portfolio and working closely with the Lettings team to deliver a smooth, compliant, and customer-focused service.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining operational standards, building strong landlord and tenant relationships, coordinating contractors, and ensuring the portfolio is managed efficiently, professionally, and in line with current legislation.

This role suits someone confident, practical, and committed to improving processes and service delivery.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Manage a residential property portfolio end-to-end
• Ensure properties are managed to high standards and remain compliant
• Handle landlord and tenant issues and provide effective resolutions
• Approve and oversee maintenance, repairs, and contractor performance
• Ensure legal compliance across safety, legislation, and documentation
• Work closely with the Lettings team to streamline processes and service delivery 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Strong experience in residential property management
• Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
• Confident managing issues and busy property portfolios
• Skilled in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
• Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Experience coordinating repairs and contractor works
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to work closely with colleagues and senior staff
