Experienced Residential Property Manager wanted!  A candidate who can help oversee a portfolio in the South Woodford area, delivering high standards of service, ensuring compliance, and building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

An opportunity has arisen for a capable and experienced Residential Property Manager to join a respected property company based in South Woodford.

This role requires someone confident in managing a portfolio, handling day-to-day operations, and delivering a high level of service to clients. The successful candidate will already have experience in residential property management and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties

• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors

• Coordinating maintenance and repair works

• Conducting property inspections and reporting findings

• Ensuring compliance with current property legislation

• Handling tenancy renewals and related documentation

• Managing rent collection and arrears where necessary

• Resolving tenant and landlord queries efficiently

• Maintaining accurate property records and files

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property management

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Highly organised with good attention to detail

• Knowledge of the South Woodford area preferred

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

• Confident dealing with multiple stakeholders

• Competent in handling a busy and varied workload

• Proactive and reliable approach to work
