We are keen to find an experienced Residential Property Manager in the Swindon area to help oversee a local lettings portfolio, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth landlord and tenant management.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a thriving independent estate and lettings agency in Swindon.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, liaising with landlords and tenants, and ensuring compliance with lettings legislation.

The role suits someone ambitious, well-presented, and confident in handling a fast-paced workload while maintaining excellent relationships with clients. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties in Swindon and the surrounding area

• Handling tenant enquiries, maintenance issues, and property inspections

• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth operations

• Overseeing tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs

• Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and safety requirements

• Managing rental arrears and deposit processes

• Delivering first-class customer service and maintaining strong relationships

• Supporting the lettings team with general property management duties

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven property management / lettings experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service focus and professional telephone manner

• Well-presented, ambitious, and highly self-motivated

• Knowledge of the Swindon property market (advantageous)

• ARLA qualification (preferred but not essential)

• Full UK driving licence essential

• Organised, articulate, and able to work under pressure

• A professional and proactive approach to lettings management
