 What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties from tenancy commencement through to completion
• Acting as the key point of contact for landlords, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Handling maintenance issues, repairs, and contractor coordination efficiently
• Conducting property inspections and ensuring high standards are maintained
• Managing tenancy renewals, deposits, compliance requirements, and associated administration
• Providing proactive updates and advice to landlords to ensure excellent customer service
• Working closely with the lettings team to support smooth operations and continued business growth

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in property management
• Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation, compliance, and property management procedures
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy portfolio effectively
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Professional approach with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and work independently
• ARLA qualification or working towards this would be advantageous
