An exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated residential Property Manager to join a respected independent lettings agency in Swindon to help manage a portfolio of residential properties while delivering excellent customer service.

This role involves assisting with the management of a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring compliance with lettings regulations.

The successful candidate will be organised, personable, and proactive, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and representing the company with professionalism.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties across the Swindon area
• Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
• Handle maintenance requests, repairs, and inspections efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and property documentation
• Provide excellent customer service and timely communication
• Represent the company professionally at all times
• Support the wider lettings team where needed 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property management or lettings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service focus and professional approach
• Confident, organised, and able to manage a busy workload
• Positive attitude with a high level of self-motivation
• Knowledge of Swindon and the surrounding area (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Smart, well-presented, and team-oriented
