Worth Recruiting is working with a successful, expanding independent estate agency with offices across Surrey, Kent, and West Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join their Bromley team as a Sales / Junior Sales Negotiator.

If you’re passionate about property, customer service, and building a career in residential sales, this role could be the perfect fit. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handling applicant enquiries and booking viewings
• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback
• Assisting in negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Supporting senior negotiators and management with day-to-day operations
• Generating new business opportunities and promoting the company brand 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in estate agency, sales, or customer-facing roles
• Proven sales ability and target-driven mindset
• Strong communication and telephone manner
• Smart, professional presentation and articulate communication skills
• Ambitious, motivated, and eager to progress career in property
• Full UK driving licence essential
