Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

On behalf of our client, Porters Estate Agents, we are looking for a driven and personable Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their successful and close-knit team in Balham. Porters is a respected, family-run, independent agency with a strong local presence and reputation.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering and qualifying applicants
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Providing knowledgeable advice to clients
• Negotiating offers between parties
• Managing deals through to completion
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors
• Generating new business and maintaining strong client relationships 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in property sales and/or lettings
• A genuine passion for property and customer service
• Proactive and confident with a strong team ethic
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Full UK driving licence and easy commute to Balham
