WANTED! A proactive Sales & Lettings Negotiator in the Stanmore area, primarily focused on lettings with some sales responsibilities: showing local homes, negotiating sales and lets, delivering excellent service, generating business, and progressing transactions from enquiry through to completion.

We are seeking a confident and personable Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join the team at a busy Stanmore Estate Agency.

This role is predominantly lettings-focused, with opportunities to support residential sales. You will be responsible for building relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors, while ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the property journey. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to landlords and vendors
• Negotiating offers and agreeing lets and sales
• Progressing tenancies and sales through to completion
• Generating new business opportunities through calls, follow-ups, and local knowledge
• Maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors
• Keeping property listings up to date across portals and internal systems
• Supporting the team with general office duties and compliance requirements 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings (sales exposure beneficial)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Well-presented with a professional approach
• Organised with good time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Knowledge of the local property market is advantageous
