What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:

• Managing enquiries and conducting viewings for both sales and lettings

• Negotiating offers and progressing transactions through to completion

• Advising clients throughout the sales and lettings process

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants

• Working towards agreed targets and KPIs

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance

• Supporting the wider team with general office and property-related tasks

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential sales and lettings (or strong experience in one and willingness to learn the other)

• Confident negotiation and selling ability

• Strong understanding of relevant processes and legislation

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Professional and confident telephone manner

• Ambitious, proactive, and well presented

• Knowledge of Colliers Wood and surrounding areas is beneficial

• Full UK driving licence essential

• Professional approach to estate agency and client care
