An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a well-regarded independent estate agency based in Maida Hill.

This full-time position is ideal for a proactive, professional candidate with previous experience in residential sales and/or lettings who is looking to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. You’ll be key in driving new business and ensuring outstanding customer service is delivered at every step.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants, vendors, landlords, and tenants

• Booking and conducting viewings

• Negotiating offers on sales and lettings

• Generating new business and valuations

• Providing excellent service and communication to clients

• Meeting individual and team targets

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential sales and/or lettings (essential)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Smart, articulate, and well-presented

• Self-motivated and able to perform under pressure

• Target-driven with a strong work ethic

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
