An experienced Sales Manager required to lead a residential sales department in Camberley, winning instructions, managing performance, and delivering consistent service while achieving targets and developing a successful sales team.
We are recruiting a Sales Manager for an independent residential estate agency in Camberley. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential sales who enjoys instruction winning, team leadership, and driving departmental performance.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
Managing the day-to-day operation of the residential sales department
Winning new sales instructions and generating business opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
Leading, motivating, and developing the sales team
Overseeing sales progression from offer through to completion
Setting, monitoring, and achieving agreed sales targets and KPIs
Ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
Maintaining compliance with current estate agency legislation
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager
Proven track record in residential property sales and instruction winning
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to generate new business and grow market share
Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
Organised, professional, and target-focused approach
Full UK driving licence essential
Local knowledge of Camberley and surrounding areas preferred
