A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager to lead and develop a successful team in an established and successful Wallington based Estate Agency:  delivering growth and results with a highly regarded, well-known independent estate agency brand.

Our client, a prominent and instantly recognisable estate agency group, is seeking an experienced and driven Residential Sales Manager for their busy office in Wallington.

This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a strong background in residential property sales and team management. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing and motivating a successful residential sales team

• Driving performance to meet and exceed sales targets

• Generating and winning new instructions

• Developing strong relationships with clients and local stakeholders

• Maintaining high standards of customer service

• Leading business development and market presence

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in residential estate agency

• Demonstrated success in valuations and instruction-winning

• Strong leadership and team motivation skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Results-oriented, proactive and confident

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required

• Knowledge of Wallington area (preferred)
