What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as Sales Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Managing residential property sales from instruction to completion

• Conducting valuations and winning new business

• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers

• Progressing sales and maintaining regular client communication

• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

• Contributing to overall office performance and targets

• Previous experience in estate agency sales

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Confident communication and client-facing ability

• Experience conducting valuations and winning instructions

• Ability to manage multiple sales simultaneously

• Professional, personable, and well-presented

• Ambitious with a proactive approach to business generation

• Full UK driving licence
