What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Manager:
Carrying out property valuations and securing new instructions
Generating new business opportunities and increasing market share
Managing residential sales activity from instruction through to completion
Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers, and applicants
Negotiating offers and progressing agreed sales transactions
Supporting branch performance and contributing to business growth objectives
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience within residential estate agency sales is essential
Significant experience carrying out valuations and winning instructions
Ability to value and list properties confidently and effectively
Proven track record demonstrating properties instructed and successfully sold
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
Full UK Driving Licence essential
