Our client, a highly successful and widely recognised independent Estate Agency Group, is seeking an experienced Residential Sales Manager to join their team covering the Sutton area.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Manager:

• Managing and developing a residential sales team to achieve targets
• Generating new business and winning property instructions
• Driving overall branch performance and profitability
• Conducting market appraisals and property valuations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Monitoring team performance and providing coaching and support
• Ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Keeping up to date with local market trends and competitor activity 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Residential Sales Manager or similar role
• Proven track record in listing and winning instructions
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Commercial awareness with a focus on results
• Proactive and positive approach to work
• Good knowledge of the Sutton/Surbiton property market preferred
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
