An experienced Sales Manager / Senior Sales Negotiator to win instructions, conduct valuations and manage residential sales, delivering strong results while providing a high standard of customer service in Dartford.

We are recruiting an experienced Sales Manager / Senior Sales Negotiator with strong listing and negotiation skills to join a respected independent estate agency.

This role suits someone looking to progress their career within residential sales. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Winning new business and securing instructions
• Conducting property valuations and listings
• Managing the residential sales process from instruction to completion
• Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors
• Providing consistently high levels of customer service
• Contributing to branch performance and targets 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential estate agency sales
• Strong track record in valuations and winning instructions
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Smart, professional presentation
• Confident, articulate communicator
• Ambitious and self-motivated approach
• Good understanding of the Dartford property market (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
