Salary: OTE £45,000 per annum

Our client, a successful independent Sales and Lettings Agency in Camberley, is seeking a driven Sales Negotiator to join their professional team.

This fast-paced role is ideal for an ambitious individual with a passion for property, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. The successful candidate will focus on guiding clients through the sales process, maintaining relationships, and providing expert advice in a professional manner. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Conducting property viewings for prospective buyers
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Providing market advice and guidance to clients
  • Maintaining excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  • Working to targets and achieving personal and team goals
  • Liaising with colleagues to support the sales process
  • Representing the company professionally in all interactions 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience in estate agency sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident, dynamic, and highly motivated personality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Excellent negotiation and sales ability
  • Smart, well-presented, and professional
  • Full UK driving licence and own car essential
  • Local knowledge of Camberley preferred
  • Customer-focused with a professional approach to estate agency
