SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

A motivated, ambitious and experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator is required by a busy local independent estate agency in Horley: offering excellent career prospects, strong local presence, and rewarding commission potential. 

Our client is seeking a confident and proactive Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties

• Arranging and conducting property viewings

• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors

• Progressing agreed sales through to completion

• Building strong client relationships and maintaining regular contact

• Supporting the branch in achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Delivering high standards of customer service throughout the process

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property sales

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Confident, articulate, and customer-service focused

• Smart, professional presentation and manner

• Ambitious, driven, and results-oriented

• Knowledge of Horley and the surrounding area desirable

• Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred

• Professional approach with a genuine interest in property
