WANTED! An independent estate agency in Littlehampton is looking for an experienced property Sales Negotiator. This is a fast-paced role offering excellent earnings, great career development, and the opportunity to deliver first-class customer service.

They are seeking an engaging and enthusiastic individual who loves working in the property industry and selling properties.

This is a dynamic and client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, and generating new business opportunities. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conducting property viewings and managing client appointments
• Following up with applicants and progressing leads
• Assisting with property valuations and generating instructions
• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
• Ensuring excellent client communication and service throughout the sales process
• Supporting the office team to meet and exceed branch targets 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential sales or estate agency
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Strong telephone manner and confident communication
• Presentable, ambitious, and self-driven
• Familiarity with the Littlehampton area (preferred)
• Full UK Driving Licence and own transport
• Professional, reliable, and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in written and spoken English
