What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing and developing relationships with buyers and vendors

• Conducting viewings and negotiating sales to secure the best outcome

• Proactively generating new business through prospecting and networking

• Ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met throughout the sales process

• Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients and applicants

• Working to and achieving personal and branch targets

• Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in estate agency or a strong sales background

• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Professional, articulate, and well-presented

• Ambitious, self-motivated, and a strong team player

• High level of customer service and problem-solving skills

• Full UK driving license (essential)
